Guided by two experienced facilitators, Nadia (Clinical Psychologist & Trauma integrative Therapist) and Kelly (Somatic Coach & Outdoor Guide). This 8-day (+traveling) journey blends deep therapeutic work with physical embodiment, outdoor adventure, and nourishing connection.

You’ll explore themes like:

• Reclaiming your story & voice

• Healing relationship patterns

• Setting and recognise boundaries without guilt

• Trauma-informed empowerment through the body

• Redefining femininity on your own terms

All supported by:

• Daily group therapy and somatic practices

• 3x personalised 1:1 sessions

• Activities like yoga/stretching, hike, boxing, archery, breathwork, dance.

• Reflection circles & screen detox

• Nutritious meals & a gentle cleansing program

• A house with a beautiful garden, dip pool, sauna, chill places
• Shared or solo room
